Air Force Recruiting Challenges Coming From China

Franklyn: Our most significant challenge, and the reason i came back in the government after being out for a few years, was the competition for superiority that we have with china. We're actually going to meet our recruiting goals in the active air force. But one thing that's change is the propensity toserve by americans has gone down. And during the covet period, our recruiters couldn't get into high schools to interactin people. So we're increasing the effort. Were puting n a recruiting across the board.We're basely mobilizing the air force for everyone's a recruiter. And we're offering things like bonases and retention bonases, as
