The Justice Department's Response to China's 'Fox Hunt'
Two Chinese intelligence officers were charged with obstruction of an official proceeding and money laundering. Peter Bergen: The Justice Department officials declined to name the Chinese company involved in the prosecution. He says sources confirm that the company involved is indeed Huawei. Bergen: China's Operation Fox Hunt, a long-running program of forcibly repatriating Chinese who have emigrated to other countries, was also indicted.
