Is President Zelensky Capable of Delivering on Good Governance?

The European Union is going to be a key player when the reconstruction of Ukraine begins. The former Estonian president Kirsty Kalyelade said just last month, the continuation of Reconstruction Aid has to be dependent on Ukraine's continued institutional development. Is he capable of doing that? I think President Zelensky has delivered better than any other leader in the world on the issue of governance.
