There is this part of, i intstructural power. And then there is the obvious part of structural power. You know, if you have ten ttentrially and assets under management, and you have government in the grobal south,. particularly on the african continent; that buys you a seat at e table anywhere. So so there are many, many different mechanisms, i would argue, through which this power a, both in structure and structure, operates. The consequences, to me, are very clear at the levelo distribution, right? It's not just userpies but also subsidies on fossil fuels, a removal of tones of subsidies on any public goods as well.
