Is There Any Movement on Casera's Case?
In october two thousand 19, the county attorney announced he was creating a new task force to focus on investigating suspicious deaths and missing persons and murder cases. A march casera's family organized that ended with a hundred people in red tea shirts protesting on the steps of the bighorn county court house. This task force was put in place to investigate active cases, but also to look at policies and jurisdictional issues,. which are a huge problem in montana and many other placesand i know that jurisdiction can get tricky with cases on reservations.
