Study suggests tat prasagral may be better, potentially in these patients. Prassegril dato was a little more concerning ecause the risk of bleeding was considered higher as compared to clopeta gral. I don't understand the free lunch argument that you can prevent a schemif events, and not increase bleeding risks simultaneously.
