What Makes a Good Airbnb?
Every morning I'm looking at what are the, especially if there are terms and if there are just check ins. It takes very little time, but it means that come four o'clock, the unit's going to be clean. Understanding the markets really important. A lot of hosts, I think, are making mistakes where they are buying places sort of for themselves,. They kind of want a free vacation place. If I can do that, then I have an advantage in less congested markets.
