The Problem With the Months

In the seventeenth year of the hydrat one or two things happened. Umar ibn al-Qatab was presented with a case of two people fighting each other and in a court of law. So from that time up until our times the months have been in the proper order. The Prophet ﷺ said this, right? And he then said from now on no swapping, khalas and no more swapping.
