How to Allow Yourself to Grieve

Research shows that one of the most important things you can do for yourself as you grieve is to allow o self to go through the grieving process. Sometimes if you try to speed that up or bi pass it by getting involved in life, and to neglect how you're truly feeling deeply down inside, you can begin to feel as though you were numbed out. So we're going through a lot of layers of grief these days. I want to share with you a meditation that will allow you to grieve.
