There's three cases there's e gene carol one which is the defamation that took place in 2019 when he's in office. The civil rape case based on the new york adult survivors statute is still pending a ruling from the court of appeals separately. There are two other defamation cases against Donald Trump and they have been combined into one action to go to trial at the end of april. A federal judge just issued an order in connection with that case about the anonymous jury that's going to be used in that case starting April 25th.
