Is ID Required When Cashing Out Above CTR Levels?
Bob Greene: I've heard Nevada can require ID when cashing out above the CTR levels. He says it's possible that a court will say, as that form says name, you have to provide the name. Greene: If you continue to refuse, you just opening a can of worms that's going to go on for a year and a half. You're going to have to file a lawsuit under your own name,. So it's a FADER template.
