The Goals of the Book

The final goal that struck me in reading this chapter is really what's going on with valdemore. We know, spoiler, et, spoiler alet, he's in the back of quirrel's head. And i wondered, why does valdemore want to kill harry here? Does he want it to be an accident? Do he not want it to look like valdemore is back and has power again? I have no idea what he's up to. But i'm glad he doesn't succeed, because then the books would end here, and that would suck. Amen.
