How Did Purchase Number Two Come About?
A couple of years after purchasing the apartment, purchase one, you got married. And then the decision was made to move into a house and try and go for that next step on the property ladder with a view to having kids. So we did a little bit more research going into property number two. We inspected probably a dozen or so different properties and then ended up purchasing what became our home purchase number two at auction.
