Enterococcus and Kidney UTIs
It's pretty hard to distinguish the status from pylinophytus. In kids with intermittent catheterization that you're going to find a lot of enterococcus but it's not clear that it is harmful. I don't know what to make of it but I'm not all that concerned about it and this is particularly true in children two to 24 months old.
