Is There a Market That's Working?

The number one thing that we're emphasizing with our clients and we're seeing them do, is learning and development. You've got to invest more money to make your people better. It's almost an equal of a of supply and demand, kind of real when you have a short supply, wages are going to increase to get people. When you have almost an equal supply and demand and you don't have wage increase, it actually shows that you've got a market that's working. So i'm very optimistic about where this thing's right now.
