Tina: Andrew had a pre existing health condition that he was being treated for prior to his arrest. She says the prosecution used some recordings of the brothers from jail with various people to argue that they shouldn't be released. Tina: As of now, I do want to set the record straight, there has not been a cancer diagnosis. However, this is a serious condition and he does require further medical treatment.
