Microsoft's Outsourcing of AI
Microsoft is putting $1 billion into OpenAI, and there's been $12 billion more since that. Microsoft basically owns the computers that open AI's chatbots are run on. The idea here is that they're going to charge users between say, 10 and $20 a month. It could really be a huge money flywheel for them.
