School Boards Aren't a Problem for Public Health Departments

School boards are elected legis ive bodies, and they are allowed to make the type of rulings. Buto the sthere's a problem for these health departments. They can't do this. Only lawmakers can do this. And so i think we'll have the judge said, it's too late. You guys can't come in. but now they have something they can appeal a and there may be a chance to reopen this whole thing.
