AEGIS: If anyone's not taken on two factor authentication, is this the place to start? AEGIS: I think it's got a nice clean UI and I love that it's open source. simplex or simplex has no user IDs, no phone number required. And they were audited in 2022 by Trail of Bits. It just feels like a normal chat app that I feel like I could introduce to family and they wouldn't thought it was weird.
