Justice Department Investigation - Is the Justice Department in the Early Stages of the Investigation?
CNN's John Defterios says he doesn't know how much of the investigation has already been done. It could be in a more preliminary stage, or they're just trying to figure out all the eyes that need to be dotted and teetering on the line. He thinks it will go dormant until after the mid-term elections when there is likely to be some new information made public. The legal mechanics of the criminal case are also still being ironed out by federal prosecutors.
