Cooking in Ireland - Bacon and Cabbage
There are a lot of similarities between ireland and england in terms of the food types. The steamer is something that i think has helped a lot of cooking in ireland. I don't think english food gets enough credit for a luck. A lot of irish dishes tend to be one pot dishes, so i get everything into the one pot. It's very convenient to have that one pot on the tuesdays and wednesdays when we're acording from scratcs rather than starting from scratch.
