The fight for 15 organization really began in york city in 20 12. This was round when 200 fast food workers walked off their jobs to demand 15 dollars an hour for minimum wage. And it has grown since then by far, like not just national, but international as well. I think now they operate in over 300 cities across six continents. It includes like child care teach s, airport workers, retail employees,. or what they call underpaid workers everywhere.
