How to Model Successful People

Modeling is essentially a process of looking at what other people do who are doing something really well that you want to be doing really well. One of the elements of the book is about modeling and saying to people who perhaps aren't doing as well as they would like one of the ways that you can change what you're doing is to work at copying that so it can be something really simple such as if you wanted to speak well in public but you find yourself just standing on the spot. If you try copying that a little bit like roleplay then you in turn become a bit more relaxed because you can see yourself being that way.
