According to conspiracy theorists, the US has been developing plans laid out by the Illuminati to disband the Constitution. These incidents could be anything from global pandemics, enemy invasions, or even taking advantage of major natural disasters. Once the US Constitution is disbanded, the police would become militarized and begin suppressing any sort of rebellion or revolt in protest.
