Social engineering, if we want to talk about that, i guess, is a general phenomenon. It's hard to do right, and it's very hard to do because of two reasons. Trying to put teams together that are too diverse can lead to lack of communication. Making em too homogeneous can lead them to have blind spots... But there's trade offsto what's the problem at hand? What are they trying to deal with? How should the team be structured? And i think part of the difficulty with organizations is, despite our best attempts to impose structure on them, they grow organically within that.
