Every customer is a potential micro influencer or worse. They're basically hand grenades, right? So if you piss them off, you're getting actually negative brand equity. You have to hire people that are deeply, deeply obsessed with making things right and treating people the way they want to be treated. I absolutely love making things right when a customer has a shitty experience. Like, I love going above beyond and just showing them like, hey, there's a human behind this. We'll fix it.
