The variety of h i v associated immuno compromise infections of the oesophagus, where patients might present with disphasia. We don't tend to see as much of it these days because more patients with ive are diagnosed earlier in the course. But if someone's not been screened, it is conceivable that someone would present not knowing the ive disease and would present with odina phasa. So again, take odinaphasa seriously.
