The best feeling I've had as a Cubs fan was probably end of April, May of 2016. It's possible that the recent draft picks by Dan Kantrovitz and the cohesiveness with the draft could bring in pitchers rather fast. The Reds are riding the wave of some call-ups and their youth movement. But at the end of the day, this is still an inexperienced Reds team that's nine over.
