Do you find that real states as passive as people talk about it being so short? Answer, yes, i think that depends on your expectations or definition of the word passive. I happen to think that at least what we got ourselves involved in is probably a way to make money. But like cody's talking about, it's scalable. There's some energy and effort to manage one apartment building. That doesn't mean you're not doing any work.
