The Passover Is Foreshadowing the Gospel
The Passover is where Christ introduced the Lord's Supper. God wants you to celebrate that which is coming, he says. It foreshadows the supper itself so what it does is speak to God's desire to do whatever it takes to make sure that you get to participate in this.
