Moses says, no, our wive and our children and our property go with us because we brought em down here to egypt in the first place. And pharaoh is saying, no, i'm your master. I gave you the wives and the children belong to me. So it was the case that the husband came with the wife, and the wife and the children need to go out with him. Well, pharaoh's obviously wrong, and he's acting illegally. But you see, this is a legal argument here. The idea seems to be that it comes from god as the wind, the heavenly wind that comes from god, that brings these things.
