Over concentration feels great when it's working, but it can be absolutely devastating when it goes awry and moves in the wrong direction for you. A lot of times these people will hold up that they called the last one, the probems. They've been calling the down turn every year. So eventually they might be right, but they don't really have any idea when the timing of bad things is really going to hap.
