The Third Moment of Living With Our Media and How Media Impacts the Real World

The poop emoji is a kind of satire of a dystopian ideological present. I'm looking at the way in which these things that are overtly calling themselves fiction relate to the news cycle. So you'll have, for instance, mask denial about the coronavirus pandemic in the form of Twitter novel coming up. And this pops into people's news feeds as they're reading Twitter, along with perhaps actual denial of wearing a mask. Do they circulate in similar communities or different communities from other tweets that look very similar? What kind of policy recommendation might we make towards a social media site in order to deal with that kind of fake news.
