During your pregnancy, you were working out like four times a week or something. Like I kept things really normal while I was pregnant just because I wanted to make the transition into postpartum just as easy as possible. Postpartum once I was cleared, I started my personal trainer again. So for me, I just kind of kept that mindset the whole time. And then shortly after that, I got pregnant again.
