You Can't Avoid a CTR by Cashing Out Tickets Early. Yeah, Yeah, and That's Correct
You would play until you had accumulated $9,000 in tickets so that they couldn't try to claim you were trying to avoid a CTR by cashing out these tickets. And we did not want to have any handpays.
