The End of Heaven's Mandatory for the Ming
The 1620s was a decade where North China was suffering from one of its patented horrific droughts, which led to widespread famine and unrest. The peasant revolt started in the heartland up north in Shanxi and Shanxi. These became pretty serious in no time at all. Once this starts happening, it's gonna be curtains for the Ming. We'll see when the Ming falls and the Qing takeover, they more or less continue on with the same ways of running things that they inherited from the Ming.
