Is Georgia a Candidate of the European Union?

Georgia signed an association agreement with the European Union in 2014. But this June, the EU considered applications from Georgia alongside Ukraine and Moldova did not grant Georgia candidate status. You have called for pro-EU rallies in Georgia; you've attended them yourself. So how disappointed were you when that decision was made? I was disappointed.
