Childhood playgrounds of a couple of decades ago are very different than today's equipment. (18:00) Your body adapts over time; however, Vinnie explains that flexibility is built into the workout. (28:00) Life gets in the way, and missing a workout once or twice every 3 months or so won't be a problem. But if you miss more than that, you will not see the results you want.
