Was There Any Sense of That Side of Ghosts?
In Mesopotamia, the dead were buried properly and if they came back, exorcists would be recruited. The priests used the power of the gods in the panthean to deal with ghosts. If sympathy and doing the obvious things didn't work, then you'd pay an exorcis for help. In later centuries, as an idea of ghosts coming perhaps to impart wisdom, mor offer comfort. Was there any sense of that side of ghosts? And antet mus anot, a jolly good question.
