Do You Think Home Builders Will Flip to Remodeling?
If builders have all these people they're trying to employ and they don't want to build, would they reallocate resources towards remodeling? Is that possible? To some extent, but you know, also entering this with a labor shortage. I think the guy's in charge of the economy are confused about the economy. So that is a painful truth. Oh boy, the Fed chair is apologizing for getting it wrong. Don't feel bad. You got it wrong.
