I was running a global macro hedge fund and he was a global macro guy. I mean Peter basically has a fairly unique management style which is higher a lot of talented people. Let them run around and if they're talented by definition will create value, not a lot of prescriptive guidance. Traditional traditional management is not one of Peter's favorite things to do. The good news of being successful is you get to choose what you want to do and what you don't want to do.
