Data Science Teams - Are They Mapped to Functions?
The org structure question. Letorg structure along with the sol concept, yet it's important. I like to create data science teams that are centralized but are mapped t different functions. So you'd never have a data scientist who works on both, say, marketing problems and product problems. That's just too much terrain to cover. You want to have people who are mapped to their specific constituencies.
