In louisville, we have the same problem. Martinalized stake holders can't get green space access. So what we've been doing instead is one of my grand students. Her name is abbey rudolf. She's a local community activist in food in neighborhoods. They're trying to organize policy change and raise public awareness around this issue. We say, who has authority to make decisions about this? Who's being left out? Who ought to have authority? Ok, how fair do the people perceive this decision making process? Why or why not? What's going on helps them clarify the issues.
