How to Write a Legal Research and Writing Assignment
You can spend a lot of time obsessing over the footnotes because you've decided that the important mention must be in the footnotes, but it's probably not the footnote. Another disaster we have seen and hard is that you get so caught up in your really good research and writing assignment that you don't actually answer the question that was asked. You want to make sure that your tone is in line with a question. If your tone is completely off, it's not going to bode well. Like what type of format are you being asked to write? Is this subjective or is this persuasive?
