M l s is the best strategy to go after in the near future. The only thing to be mindful of is that buyers rike me a little at pickear. So you really have to double down on knowing how to comp properties and knowing, like how to a, underwrite them the proper way.
On today’s podcast, I had Ryan Zolin on. Ryan is only 24 years old and he’s about to do over 100 deals this year off of the MLS. A lot of people tell me the MLS is dead, that there aren’t enough deals on there, and it’s too competitive. Obviously it’s not true! Ryan’s doing it in one of the most competitive markets in the world, Phoenix, AZ! And the cool thing is that a lot of stuff he’s doing in Phoenix is similar to what my MLS guy, Ray, is doing that helps us get over 50 deals off the MLS this year! I think that it’s super cool being able to see his success when he’s so young and for him to remain hungry and humble despite it. If I were having that much success as a young guy, I probably would have acted a bit different.
