The Challenges of Investing in Real Estate
I think the golden age of credit was almost 18 months ago I talked about. There's a number of structural challenges in real estate, there's a maturity wall and CMBS that's coming up very fast. CLOs for the most part have extended maturities now. Not sure the real estate marks are in the right place just yet. So that needs to sort of work its way through.
