Archer says he paid $200 to his sources for criminal information and that they were usually in trouble or looking to get themselves out of a jam. He also explains why Devin Archer is being called back to testify again about alleged crimes by ex-Biden business partner Hunter Biden. The two men are accused of killing four women at Gil Gilgo beach on Atlantic City's Boardwalk last year.
