Laddis: A Perfect Lot of Customer

A lot of advice is talk to your users to figure out what you need to build with. As we crossed 50, 100, 150 employees, we did become a perfect Laddis user. I think the key is to use it for its advantages, but not get caught in the traps. The trap is forgetting that you're just one customer. And if you were going out and doing customer interviews to try to find what products the market wanted or how they were enjoying their products, you would never think to just ask one person. So even though you're a very special customer, the key isto remember that you are just one and it's no substitute for customer research.
