The Conflict of Interests

The government was absolutely right to raise the issue with the court. The court has to hold a hearing on this. It's more important to protect the rights of all the individuals involved in the case than it is to go faster than you ought to go. I'd like to see all these cases tried before the election. That may not happen. But as a lawyer, you always have a duty of confidentiality and loyalty to all of your clients forever.
