Ellick's Story of Paul's Injuries
David Owen and Laura Rutland: I hate to have to do this, but you don't have any problem with it. So just start the top, take your time. With his lawyer and detective Rutland sitting behind him in the back seat, Ellick launches right into his story. Notice he said the cell phone popped out of his pocket. He then very graphically described Paul's injuries,. which I don't think are necessary to hear, but listen to the language that Ellick uses here.
